As of Spring 2021, we are fully engaged in a complete renovation of this Historic Landmark Tudor mansion, in Evanston, Illinois.
At roughly 8,000 square feet, we are adding another bedroom, by eliminating two into one, giving us a total of six bedrooms, six full bathrooms (one for each bedroom), two powder rooms newly renovated, and five fireplaces, on three levels.
This entire existing kitchen and family room is currently undergoing complete renovation.
